How it works
Three steps, and the first one is the only form.
Step 1
Register your business
Your name, your work email address, the business’s CIPC number and website. We check that it is a real business, usually the same day, and you hear from us either way.
Step 2
Write the advert
The title, the work, what you need, where it is, and the pay or market related. The form points out anything a job seeker would trip over while you type.
Step 3
Applications come in
Once the advert has been checked it goes live. From then on applicants come straight to your console, and to your inbox on the hour.
The ground rules
Short, and they are what keeps the board worth a job seeker’s time.
- A registered business, on its own email domain. Sole proprietor without a domain of your own? Start the form and we will offer you a way to ask us.
- No contact details in the advert. Applications come through the board, so your record of every one is complete.
- Nothing asked of applicants. No fees, deposits or “training costs”, at any stage.
- Adverts are checked before they go live. Applicants can report one, and we act on reports.
