About the role

Our area of expertise is food safety, which is woven right through the ‘farm to fork’ chain.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor - Biosecurity to grow the client's biosecurity business by selling specialised detergents and disinfectants to livestock customers and providing the practical technical support required for their effective application.

Grade 12 plus a relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher), such as Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years' technical sales experience within livestock production, animal health, agricultural biosecurity, agricultural chemicals, water treatment, or a related sector.
Practical knowledge of poultry, hatchery, piggery, or dairy production environments and their biosecurity challenges.
Proven ability to develop new business, achieve commercial targets, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
A valid driver's licence, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and willingness to travel extensively.
