Senior SAP SD Consultant

About the role

A long-term contracting role for an SAP SD Consultant to join a team based in Pretoria.

Gather business requirements, prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, and obtain design sign-off.
Recommend solutions to improve business processes and system functionality.
Configure SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), including relevant Materials Management (MM) integration.
Prepare test plans, test data, and templates; conduct internal, integration, change request, and regression testing.
Understand and troubleshoot interfaces, IDocs, RFCs, and ABAP-related issues.
Develop cutover strategies and support go-live activities.
Provide production and operational support, resolving tickets within agreed SLAs.
Manage change requests, write functional specifications, and implement configuration changes.
Prepare user manuals and train business process owners.
Analyse end-user authorisation roles and maintain system documentation.
Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and external consultants to ensure quality deliverables.
Develop user interface transaction solutions and follow Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
