About the role
Location: Portugal.
We are seeking a Retail Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of retail development initiatives aimed at driving revenue and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, sales and marketing, as well as exceptional leadership and project management skills. The Retail Development Manager will work closely with the retail team and senior management to identify opportunities for retail expansion, develop strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales growth across all retail channels.

- Develop and implement retail development strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish retail goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential retail expansion opportunities.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets for retail development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse retail sales performance and key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure all retail initiatives are aligned with the overall company goals and brand image.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team to ensure successful execution of retail initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors and suppliers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in retail development.

- 5+ years of experience in retail management and development.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
