• Assisting our experienced optometrists and optical staff with daily operations.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting eyewear that suits their needs and style.
• Assisting with basic frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
• Managing inventory and ensuring the display of eyewear is attractive and organised.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
• Learning about the latest trends and technologies in the optical industry.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance your skills

What they're looking for

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant or within the optical industry.
• Excellent knowledge of frames, lenses and eyewear solutions.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, well-presented and client-focused approach.
• Strong sales ability and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work confidently in a premium, high-end retail environment.
