About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced and versatile Management Couple to oversee operations at a boutique safari property near Thabazimbi, Limpopo.

This is specifically a couple's appointment, suited to two hospitality professionals with complementary skills who enjoy working together in a hands-on bushveld environment.

Depending on the couple's combined experience, one partner may also take responsibility for Head of Hospitality or Restaurant / Kitchen Management, making practical operational versatility particularly valuable.

Together, the successful couple will contribute to:

• Daily property and hospitality operations.
• Guest hosting and personalised service.
• Accommodation and housekeeping standards.
• Restaurant, kitchen and dining operations.
• Staff supervision, scheduling and training.
• Stock control, purchasing and operational administration.
• Coordination of guest activities and experiences.
• Property presentation and maintenance follow-up.
• Implementation of practical operating procedures.
• Guest feedback, service recovery and overall satisfaction.
• Effective communication with ownership and operational teams.

Specific responsibilities will be allocated according to the couple's individual strengths and experience.

What they're looking for

• Applications must be from established management couples.
• Previous experience managing a lodge, boutique hospitality property or similar operation preferred.
• Complementary hospitality and operational skills.
• Strong guest-relations and staff-leadership ability.
• At least one partner should ideally bring substantial Food & Beverage, professional cooking or kitchen management experience, or strong senior hospitality management experience.
• Good understanding of stock, costs and daily operational controls.
• Practical, organised and solutions driven.
• Comfortable managing a smaller team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to remain hands-on across departments.
• Passion for bushveld hospitality and personalised guest experiences.
