About the role
Our client is seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse in Pretoria to support the psychiatric care team. The successful candidate will assist Registered Nurses in delivering safe, effective and empathetic patient care within a structured clinical environment.
- Provide basic nursing care to psychiatric patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report observations to the Registered Nurse.
- Implement nursing care plans as directed.
- Assist with daily patient activities and rehabilitation programmes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with medication administration within authorised scope.
What they're looking for
- 2-year Nursing Certificate.
- Valid SANC registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is preferred.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow clinical protocols.
