About the role
Well Know Retail Outlet based in Johannesburg South Seeks Junior Bookkeeper to join their Team
- Wages - processing
- Debtors – Gathering invoices and submitting statements
- Creditors – checking invoices against statements and submitting for payment or checking for processing
- Reconciliations of “adhoc” control accounts
- Working on line to follow up claims made against creditors to ensure credit notes are processed timeously
- Experience on Excel/Word
What they're looking for
- Grade 12 / Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- 3 - 5 Years experience
- Strong Bookkeeping and Accounts Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills in Both English & Afrikaans
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Wage Processing
- Debtors & Creditors Experience
- Reconciliations
- Customer & People Skills
