About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager / Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance across their logistics operations in PE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems
• Resolving hardware and software issues
• Supporting users in a fast-paced seafreight and container logistics environment
• Provide desktop and IT support to staff across multiple departments

What they're looking for

• Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 4-5 years of proven experience in IT Support or Desktop Support
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Zoho software is an added advantage
• Experience with CCTV installations and support will be beneficial
• Background in logistics, transportation, or sea freight industry is beneficial
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Possession of a valid driver's licence is preferred

Required skills: Microsoft Office 4 to 5 years; Zoho 2 to 3 years.
