About the role
Our client in Sandton, a leading name in the South African FMCG industry, is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join their team in Sandton.
- Drive sales performance and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor in-store merchandising, product visibility and shelf health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store owners and managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage budgets, promotional campaigns and reporting.
- Assist with staff recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensure effective sales planning, call cycles and stock availability.
What they're looking for
- Minimum NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- 3–5 years' FMCG experience as a Sales or Merchandising Representative, preferably within retail.
- Own reliable transport is essential.
