- Relevant financial/accounting qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive practical experience within a finance/accounting environment.
- Proven experience managing a full financial function.
- Strong knowledge of:
- General ledger
- Debtors and creditors
- Cash flow
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting
- Payroll
- Tax and statutory requirements
- Reconciliations and journals
- Previous experience managing or supervising a finance team.
- Strong Excel and accounting systems experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
