About the role
Our client, a leading company in the cornices and adhesives industry, is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to grow sales, develop new business and build strong, lasting customer relationships across the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Visit retailers, hardware stores, contractors and construction clients
- Promote and demonstrate cornices, adhesives and related products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Manage quotations, orders, customer follow-ups and reporting
- Ensure effective merchandising and product displays
What they're looking for
- Matric – essential
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
- 2–5 years' experience as an External Sales Representative
- Experience in cornices, adhesives, building materials, hardware or decorative
- Proven sales track record
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's licence & own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel
