The practice is seeking a knowledgeable, professional and service-driven individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients find eyewear solutions suited to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will bring solid private practice experience, strong product knowledge and the confidence to guide clients through the dispensing process. Excellent communication skills, a professional approach and a genuine passion for patient care will be essential to success in this role.

- Assist clients in selecting the perfect eyewear and lenses based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate measurements and fitting to ensure optimal vision correction.
- Offer expert advice on lens materials, coatings, and frames, taking into consideration style, comfort, and functionality.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain inventory and order eyewear products as needed.
- Conduct repairs and adjustments on eyewear, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in optical technology.
What they're looking for
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a private optical practice.
- Strong knowledge of optical dispensing and eyewear products.
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, client-focused and service-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
