Spytek Surveillance, Security and Tactical Shop | Randburg, Johannesburg
Spytek is looking for a versatile, creative and commercially minded individual to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence, technology, marketing and sales growth.
We are looking for an all-rounder who can combine technical web development, digital marketing, SEO and business development to help grow our business.
We want someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to get hands-on — from developing a website and creating campaigns to approaching clients and closing sales.
Position: Full-time, in-house
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
- Website & Technology: Manage, develop and maintain our WordPress/WooCommerce website, troubleshoot issues and implement new features and improvements.
- SEO & Digital Growth: Improve Google rankings, conduct keyword research, optimise website content and monitor website performance.
- Social Media & Marketing: Manage social media platforms, create promotional content, develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns.
- Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, approach corporate clients and retailers, develop business relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
- Digital Strategy: Identify new technologies, online opportunities and practical ways to increase brand visibility, enquiries and revenue.
What they're looking for
- WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce experience.
- Practical SEO and Google Search Console knowledge.
- Social media management and content creation.
- Canva or Adobe design skills.
- Sales, marketing and lead-generation experience.
- Good understanding of digital tools, technology and website optimisation.
- Strong communication, initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
