Digital Marketing Executive – Performance & Content - Remote from South Africa | UK-Based Company
Salary: R40,000–R55,000 per month
A growing UK-based serviced-apartment company is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and improve its digital marketing performance. This is a fully remote role, open to South African candidates only, with good overlap with UK working hours required.
The company manages approximately 450 serviced apartments across London, Bristol and Milton Keynes, serving corporate and leisure guests. Increasing direct bookings is a key priority.
You’ll bring the brand team’s direction to life by managing digital channels, producing content and using performance data to guide improvements. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys making campaigns work and can clearly show what results they achieve.
Please submit your CV along with:
Evidence of campaign results, such as screenshots, performance figures or before-and-after examples.
Examples of SEO pages or websites you have improved.
A few examples of content you have produced.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise Google Search campaigns, including keywords, negative keywords and bidding.
- Improve on-page SEO and AEO, prepare content briefs, support technical fixes and use Google Search Console.
- Manage and optimise paid Meta campaigns.
- Track and report on performance using GA4, conversion tracking and clear weekly and monthly reports.
- Update website content through the CMS and create landing pages.
- Manage email and CRM campaigns, including automated flows.
- Edit, resize, caption and schedule social content in line with brand guidelines from the UK team.

- Strong data and analytics skills, including GA4, conversion tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed approach.
- Confidence working remotely and collaborating across UK hours.
- Content editing and production skills using Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools, with the ability to follow an established creative direction.
Advantageous experience
