About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive and energetic Clinical Practice Coordinator to join their team in a permanent management position.
- Provide administrative and personal support to the Hospital Manager, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, communication and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with operational planning, reporting and monitoring of management activities.
- Coordinate administrative and operational functions across hospital units.
- Liaise with Unit Managers, healthcare practitioners and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on operational and administrative matters.
- Assist with implementing and monitoring administrative systems, procedures and operational standards.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and practice management support to Oncohealth.
- Assist with financial administration and general practice management functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
What they're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Previous practice management or clinical administrative management experience.
- Strong organisational, leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent administrative and planning capabilities.
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and practice management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
- Advantageous: financial management experience.
- Advantageous: experience in hospital operations, clinical coordination or medical practice management.
