- Excellent Mechanical Skill with Packhouse Equipment & Pack Line (Compac)
- Good Planning, Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Computer Literacy, Ability to Maintain Accurate Operational Reports
- Work Under Pressure and Meet Strict Packing Schedules and Deadlines
- Strong Sense of Responsibility, Accountability and Attention to Detail.
- Must Be Willing to Work Irregular and Long hours.
