About the role
Our client is looking for a sales agent to join their team. The role involves handling sales calls in a call centre environment.
- Follow prescribed scripts and company procedures.
- Perform telephone sales and closing.
- Meet daily sales, productivity, quality and service targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate call and case records.
- Handle confidential information.
What they're looking for
- Grade 12 or Matric.
- RE5 qualification.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Understanding or exposure to credit life insurance.
