About the role
Our client in the self-storage industry is looking for a driven and organised Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a self-storage facility in Benoni.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
- Drive sales, generate new business and achieve occupancy targets.
- Manage and convert sales leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle client liaison.
- Manage debtors, monitor outstanding accounts and conduct client collection calls.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, contracts and payments.
- Manage branch administration, financial records and reporting.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, secure and well maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, collections and operational efficiency.
What they're looking for
- Previous experience in branch management, sales, retail or operations.
- Proven experience in debtors management and client collections.
- Strong client liaison and customer service skills.
- Experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
- Good financial and computer literacy.
- A proactive, reliable and results-driven approach.
